Description
Authentic Italian Garofalo Ditali Pasta 500g
Garofalo Ditali is made in the historic pasta-making town of Gragnano near Naples, from durum wheat semolina. Traditional methods give a firm, al dente texture.
Why choose Garofalo Ditali?
Ditali means thimbles in Italian. These are small, smooth tubular pasta shapes. Garofalo uses bronze dies to give a slightly rough surface, so soups, broths and light sauces cling to each piece. The pasta carries the Pasta di Gragnano IGP seal.
Perfect uses
- Soups and broths: The classic choice for Minestrone and Pasta e Fagioli.
- Pasta salads: Holds its shape when chilled.
- Baked pasta dishes: Good for creamy, cheesy bakes.
