Excellent pickled garlic

Never tried pickled garlic before and so I bought them to try. I was a little worried to try it as we all know raw garlic is hot and strong. The pickling process takes away the heat but leaves a lovely garlic flavour. Will definitely be incorporating this into lots of my meals from now on.
