Whether you are preparing traditional Thai delicacies or savoury Chinese dumplings, this rice provides the authentic mouthfeel required for classic Asian recipes.

Versatile and Delicious

This versatile ingredient is perfect for a wide range of dishes, including:

• Sweet Treats: The essential base for the world-famous Thai Mango Sticky Rice.
• Savoury Classics: Ideal for making Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) or Lo Mai Gai (lotus leaf rice).
• Side Dishes: A wonderful accompaniment to grilled meats and spicy curries in Northern Thai and Lao cuisine.

Cooking Instructions

For the best results, soak the rice for several hours or overnight before steaming. This process ensures the grains are perfectly tender and sticky, ready to absorb the flavours of your favourite sauces and ingredients.
